Managing Families
Managing families in Ilmiya helps streamline communication, maintain organized records, and simplify administrative tasks. The Manage Family section is divided into three tabs: Overview, Guardian, and Student.
Overview Tab
Section titled “Overview Tab”- Displays family name, status (active/inactive), and uploaded images
- Administrators can edit details and update status
- Provides a quick snapshot of family demographics

Guardian Tab
Section titled “Guardian Tab”- Lists all guardians linked to the family
- Add, edit, or remove guardians to keep information accurate
- Ensures smooth institutional operations

Student Tab
Section titled “Student Tab”- Shows all students associated with the family
- View student details, assign students to the family, or make updates
- Supports relationship management and accurate record-keeping
