Ilmiya’s Guardian section streamlines adding, managing, and verifying guardians to ensure secure access, clear communication, and strong engagement between students, families, and the institution.
Key Functions
Section titled “Key Functions”Add Guardian
Section titled “Add Guardian”- Enter guardian details and link to student(s).
- Provides guardians with appropriate access to relevant student information.
Manage Guardians
Section titled “Manage Guardians”- View, edit, or remove guardian profiles.
- Update contact info, relationships, and access permissions.
- Deactivate inactive accounts.
