Manage Guardians

The Guardian tab in Ilmiya allows easy creation and management of guardian profiles. Clicking a guardian card opens a detailed page with organized tabs for efficient information management.

Overview Tab

Section titled “Overview Tab”

Includes comprehensive guardian information:

  • Personal Info — Name, email, nationality, preferred language
  • Contact Details — Phone numbers, communication preferences
  • Address — Full address including city, state, zip
  • Responsibilities — Custody, emergency contact, financial duties
  • Income & Employment — Employment status, housing, income, occupation
  • Other Info — Education level, transportation, tuition payment method.

Students Tab

Section titled “Students Tab”

Lists all students linked to the guardian with full details:

  • Student name, username, ID, and class
  • Allows adding or removing student associations
