Awards
The Awards section is your personal progress and achievement hub. Everything Ilmiya tracks about your learning — activity, rankings, and earned rewards — lives here across six tabs.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Activity | Participation and engagement over time |
| Rank | Your position on the overall leaderboard |
| Points | Total points earned and a breakdown by source |
| Trophies | Trophies won on individual quizzes based on score |
| Badges | Badges collected as your lifetime coin balance grows |
| Rewards | Behaviour points assigned by your teachers |
For the exact formula behind every number in this section, see the Metrics Reference.
Activity
Section titled “Activity”The Activity tab shows the volume of questions you’ve answered over time, as a daily / weekly / monthly chart — a count chart, not a social feed:
activity = Σ questions answered (per time bucket)Progress
Section titled “Progress”Alongside Activity, Campus shows Progress — not a single ”% of course complete” number, but how this period compares to the last:
progress % = (current − previous) ÷ previous × 100This is shown as a this-week-vs-last-week (or similar period) change in your points and time totals.
Using Activity to Self-Review
Section titled “Using Activity to Self-Review”If your grades aren’t where you want them:
- Open the Activity tab and look for gaps — days or weeks with no activity
- Cross-reference with your Grades to see which lessons had low scores
- Go back to those lessons in Learn and retry them
Points & Streaks
Section titled “Points & Streaks”Points and streaks are Campus’s core engagement mechanics. Points are earned by completing lessons and activities. Streaks reward you for showing up consistently every day.
How Points Are Earned
Section titled “How Points Are Earned”Each question carries a point value (1 by default). A correct answer earns the full points; a wrong answer earns zero:
points earned = Σ (points of each correctly-answered question)lifetime coins = Σ (points earned across all quizzes)Your lifetime coin balance is what drives your Badges tier and your position on the Leaderboard.
How Streaks Work
Section titled “How Streaks Work”A streak is a count of consecutive days you’ve been active on Campus. Log in and complete at least one activity each day to keep your streak alive.
- Your streak counter increments by 1 each day you’re active
- A day counts once your daily time-spent target is met
- Missing a day resets your streak back to 1, not zero
- Your longest streak ever is recorded separately from your current streak
In-Lesson Streaks
Section titled “In-Lesson Streaks”Answering multiple questions correctly in a row within a lesson builds a per-lesson streak and triggers bonus coin animations on screen. This is separate from your daily streak.
Claiming Streak Bonuses
Section titled “Claiming Streak Bonuses”On certain streak milestones (e.g. 3 days, 7 days, 30 days), a claim button appears. Tap it to collect the bonus points or rewards tied to that milestone.
Leaderboards
Section titled “Leaderboards”The Rank tab shows how you compare to other learners in your organization. Rankings are based on points earned through lessons, activities, and engagement.
How Rankings Work
Section titled “How Rankings Work”Campus actually has more than one leaderboard, and they don’t all rank the same way. The Overall Leaderboard (shown in this Rank tab) puts points first:
- Total points (highest first)
- Total time (fastest wins ties)
- Average accuracy (highest first)
- Average speed (highest first)
The Lesson Leaderboard — shown after you complete a specific lesson — flips that priority, ranking by speed first instead. See Leaderboards for the full breakdown of both.
Improving Your Rank
Section titled “Improving Your Rank”- Complete more lessons — every completed lesson adds points
- Improve accuracy — higher scores on lessons earn more points
- Maintain daily streaks — streak bonuses add up quickly
- Retry lessons — improving your score on a retry can add more points
Badges & Trophies
Section titled “Badges & Trophies”Badges and trophies are visual representations of your achievements on Campus. They’re awarded automatically when you hit certain milestones.
Badges
Section titled “Badges”Badges unlock automatically the moment your lifetime coin balance crosses a tier’s threshold — 14 tiers (Bronze → Vibranium), 10 levels each, for 140 badges total:
| Tier | Coin threshold |
|---|---|
| Bronze | 1,000 |
| Graphite | 5,000 |
| Quartz | 10,000 |
| Silver | 15,000 |
| Jade | 25,000 |
| Gold | 50,000 |
| Pearl | 100,000 |
| Titanium | 150,000 |
| Platinum | 200,000 |

| Sapphire | 400,000 |
| Ruby | 550,000 |
| Diamond | 750,000 |
| Vibranium | 1,000,000 |
Trophies
Section titled “Trophies”Trophies are awarded per quiz, based on the correct-answer ratio you achieve on it:
| Score on quiz | Trophy |
|---|---|
| 100% | Platinum |
| ≥ 85% | Gold |
| ≥ 70% | Silver |
| Below 70% | Bronze |
Badges vs Trophies
Section titled “Badges vs Trophies”| Badges | Trophies | |
|---|---|---|
| Scale | Lifetime coin balance milestones | Per-quiz score achievement |
| Frequency | Unlocked as coins accumulate | Awarded every quiz completion |
| Purpose | Recognize long-term progress | Recognize performance on a single attempt |
Rewards
Section titled “Rewards”Rewards is the teacher behaviour-points system (conduct) — separate from the quiz coins that drive badges and ranking. Teachers assign positive or negative points to recognize (or flag) classroom behaviour.
How Rewards Work
Section titled “How Rewards Work”Your reward total is the sum of the positive points your teachers have assigned, minus the sum of any negative points:
reward total = Σ positive points − Σ |negative points|
